A leading EPC firm partnered with us to construct Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) sheds for their Compressed Biogas (CBG) plants in multiple locations in India. These sheds were either full enclosure, partial enclosure, or open-air design, and would house critical equipment and support fuel storage and preparation for each 20 TPD CBG plant.
Strict budget constraints, demanding design standards, and challenging payment terms presented initial hurdles. However, we tackled these challenges by optimizing vendor selection and managing costs, ensuring efficient and cost-effective construction of all 12 PEB sheds.

Client Requirements
The PEB sheds needed to fulfil the following specifications:
- Each set comprised 6 individual units.
- Structures needed to withstand seismic zone conditions in Rajahmundry and 180 km/hr wind speeds in both locations.
- Design adherence to IS:800-2007 steel code standards.
- Support for a 35 kg/sq.m. solar panel load.
